Dear Compatriots,

For the cause of the Nation and the future of the Fatherland, this is the most favorable opportunity for us to act, in spite of all the remaining difficulties. The flag of the Just Cause of the Nation has never ceased to soar high on the Indochina's frontiers for the last 21 years, and the freedom fighters inside the county has continuously uphold the sacred torch of national freedom.

We, the Government of Free Vietnam and Vietnamese exiled all over the world, are deeply touched by the valiance of our soldiers who, in spite of innumerable obstacles, continue the battle to liberate the nation from worst dictator we have known throughout our long history. In our exile, we wish to express our admiration for the resistance forces inside Vietnam, which has been solemnly recognized was an entity by the Royal Government of Cambodia, by the international press media, and even by the dictatorial regime in Hanoi. This is indeed the expression of the indomitable patriotism of the heroic Vietnamese people.  The Government of Free Vietnam has been mentioned during the international press conference in Phnom Penh on December 2, 1995. It is not only a political organization, but first and foremost, the expression and the symbol of the determination of our people to save the nation and to rebuild the country.

The Government of Free Vietnam, emanating from those valiant forces of resistance, is a very favorable opportunity for our country to get rid of the communist past.

We believe that the Government of Free Vietnam, based on the spirit of National - Self- Determination and guided by the principles of Law and Democracy, acting to save and to rebuild the fatherland, will receive the support of the Vietnamese people inside Vietnam and overboard.

- Conscious of the urgency to dismantle the Vietnamese communist regime to save our national culture and Civilization.

- Conscious of the absolute right of the people to dispose of the national patrimony in order to build a life of happiness and prosperity.

- Conscious that only the dissolution of the Hanoi regime can lead to the happiness of the Vietnamese people and to the restoration of the national prestige in the international community.

We, therefore, are determined to support the endeavors of the Government of Free Vietnam, to call on our compatriots to engage in the Common Cause, and to support the Government of Free Vietnam each in his or her personal conditions and possibilities.
